Can I combine my orders from a different school?

  1. No. As your orders are packed and collected from the school you ordered from, our delivery service personnel will pick up your orders directly from the school.
  2. If you need to order from another school, you will need to place a new order. Delivery charge will apply even it is the same delivery address.

Can I combine my orders within the same school?


We allow a maximum of 2 orders for the same school, same delivery address.

An additional $12.00 is chargeable for the third order or a different delivery address.


Is there an exchanged or return policy?

  1. All items purchased online are non-refundable for cash, non-returnable/exchangeable except for the following:
  2. Upon receipt, the items are already faulty/damaged/torn.
  3. Item received differs from what is stated in the order form.
  4. Email and report any discrepancy to our Customer Service Office at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 3 working days. Do note that all faulty/damaged/torn items must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be accompanied with the date of purchase and order reference number.

Shortages of ordered items upon receiving my home deliveries?

  • Whilst every effort to fulfil customer’s orders is our top priority, but however due to unforeseen circumstances, certain items may not be available/out of stock during packing, thus some orders may unfulfilled.
  • A credit note will be issued to the customer and will come together with the delivery box.
  • Please bring along the credit note and go back to the respective bookshop to claim your items.

This is the first time I am using online service. How do I order online?

  1. Select your school and academic level from the catalogue.
  2. Select the books and school materials. Click “Add to Cart”.
  3. Your order will appear in the Cart List. Check and amend quantity if necessary.
  4. Select your shipment and payment method.
  5. You will be shown your final order, Click “Confirm Purchase”
  6. An email confirming your order will be sent to your email address.

What is your Home Delivery charge? Any restricted area?

  1. Home delivery service is charged at S$12.00 per order.  Limited to 2 orders to the same delivery address.  Delivery with Singapore Island only.

When will my order be delivered?

  1. All home deliveries will be scheduled and delivered within 10 working days.  Kindly note that orders login after working hours (5pm daily) will be processed on the next working day.  Orders login on Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed as Monday’s orders.
  2. Delivery time may vary from time to time depending on stock availability. Our delivery service personnel will contact you directly to confirm delivery date/time prior to the delivery.
  3. Our delivery service personnel will not do any checking of your purchased items with you.

Why do I see a $0.00 next to the book title?

This means that the book is either out of stock or currently not available.
